光碟法規資訊

為落實我國保護智慧財產權政策，執行預錄式光碟製造許可、來源識別碼核發、光碟工廠管理查核等工作，政府於90年11月14日制定公布「光碟管理條例」，並陸續頒布「光碟製造許可及申報辦法」等相關子法作為執行依據。為利執法人員參考運用，並使各界充分瞭解我國光碟管理法制，特於本局網站建置專區。
